- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Have been going in the last few years with my dad whos an avid tropical fishkeeper. He has spend a small fortune over the years and recently spent £220 on accessories then the next week purchased 3 angels. £10 each or 3 for £27 was the offer. Within 10 days 2 of the angels died and the other is happy swimming about another 5 days later. He returned them to the shop with a sample of water which his test kit was saying fine to nutrients/ ph etc. Dana the assistant said it was his water at fault and and she would not replace the fish free of charge. I am disgusted in the service and lack of loyalty to their customers. My dad will spend his money at their rivals in future. They expected him to pay £47 to end up with 3 fish anyway. Bad customer service for the elderly especially. He has kept fish for over 50 years and has 3 tanks.by Paul ShonaApril 04, 2017
