- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been taking both of my daughters here for nearly a year now. Very polite and professional staff. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Found this place to be really un professional and seem to have a habit of cashing in on so called "missed appointments " They have taken £20 penalty charges on quite a few occasions from my daughter who is a single parent ,when on one occasion I was with her when (after paying another penalty charge)- pencilled in the new date on her calendar during a phone call, only to be told when turning up it was the previous day,despite no letter or confirmation being sent. Hopefully look for another practice that will treat my granddaughter right without the profiteering that sadly seems to prevail at Eden.by Colin FisherApril 24, 2017
